Chef ArChan and Chef Winson present endless steamers of signature classics and rare dim sum delights that you cannot find anywhere else as Champagne bottles pop and sparkle all around, making for a luxurious afternoon in the ruby-red banquettes of our Chinese restaurant with a Hong Kong heart.

The never-ending dim sum experience comes with an entire bottle of Champagne per guest, chosen from our collection of eight distinguished vintages and producers.
